Royal Therapy accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers will receive a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. No restocking fees are charged. Original shipping is free, so there are no original shipping charges to deduct from the refund.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
